CSI Bishop Solomon Doraisawmy College of Arts & Science, Karur has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with MapSDG, a leading sustainability tracking and reporting platform designed exclusively for Higher Education Institutions. This strategic collaboration aims to empower the college to integrate and monitor the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) across academic, research, and community engagement initiatives.
Through this MoU, the college will adopt the MapSDG platform to streamline its sustainability documentation process and measure institutional contributions across the pillars of Teaching–Learning, Research, Extension, and Governance.
Key Outcomes of the Partnership
The collaboration will enable CSI Bishop Solomon Doraisawmy College of Arts & Science to:
- Map curriculum, research, community work, and campus initiatives to SDGs
- Track sustainability-driven projects with real-time progress dashboards
- Strengthen NAAC, NIRF, and global ranking submissions with structured evidence
