  • All payments for subscriptions to our SaaS product must be made in advance.
  • We accept payments through secure online payment gateways using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, or other accepted modes of payment.
  • Taxes, as applicable, will be added to the subscription amount.
  • Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email and invoice at your registered email address.

 

2. Subscription Policy

  • MapSDG offers various subscription plans tailored to the needs of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), Corporates, and NGOs.

b. Renewal

  • Subscriptions are auto-renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Customers will receive a notification before the renewal to ensure a smooth continuation of services.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

a. How to Cancel

  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our support team at support@mapsdg.com.
  • Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and services will remain active until the end of the paid period.

b. Impact of Cancellation

  • Upon cancellation, access to MapSDG’s SaaS platform and associated services will cease at the end of the billing cycle.
  • Data associated with your account will be retained for a limited period, as per our Data Retention Policy.

 

4. Refund Policy

a. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are not available for completed billing cycles or partial months of service.
  • If there is a billing error, customers must notify us within 7 days of the transaction for resolution and potential refund.

b. Exceptions

  • Refunds may be granted in special cases such as double payments or technical issues that prevented service delivery.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
